I enjoy working with customers to create paintings special to them, either working on site or working from selected photographs. Commissioned work can be framed or unframed and is easily shipped to most any location. I work in acrylics, the newest and most stable and enduring painting medium - no fading, yellowing or cracking. The samples included here were special commissions ordered by family and friends.
In the past thirty years, I have painted commissions for the 300th anniversary of Salem, Massachusetts; a newly built home for a California family; historic buildings; a tropical vacation memory; a family homestead; an historic sailing ship; and a delightful historic fire truck! Sizes range from 10" x 10" on up, including 24" x 48" landscapes. Sizes range from unframed small pieces to very large pieces, with countless options in between!
